Claims for Loss or Damage in Transit

Purchaser is responsible for inspection of merchandise on receipt from carrier. Loss or damage in transit should be noted on the freight bill and a claim filed by Purchaser against the carrier. Should the Purchaser find concealed loss or damage, he should immediately contact the carrier and initiate a claim procedure. Loss or damage of product does not alleviate Purchaser of payment terms obligation.

 

Replace a Damaged, Defective, or Broken Item

 

  1. Email info@aeroetch.com with your name, order number, and reason for return. Please include photos of broken or defective parts.
  2. Engraved Products will respond with instructions on how to fix the issue, if possible.

  3. If Engraved Products is unable to fix your issue, we will respond with instructions for what to return. Use the pre-paid return label provided to send your original item back. You'll need to return the original item within 30 days to avoid being charged for keeping both the original and replacement items. We recommend you ship back the original item(s) as soon as you request a replacement.



Request a Refund

 

  1. Email info@aeroetch.com with your name, order number, and reason for refund. Please include photos of broken or defective parts. Refund must be requested within 5 business days from the receipt of merchandise.

  2. Engraved Products will respond with instructions for return of product in the original package. Use the pre-paid return label provided to send your original item back. The return must be received within 30 days. Once the item is returned to Engraved Products your refund will be processed.
  3. All non-defective merchandise will be returned at the customer’s expense. Once the merchandise has been returned, Engraved Products will refund the amount less a 15% restocking fee.
