Claims for Loss or Damage in Transit

Purchaser is responsible for inspection of merchandise on receipt from the carrier. Loss or damage in transit should be noted on the freight bill and a claim filed by the Purchaser against the carrier. Should the Purchaser find concealed loss or damage, he should immediately contact the carrier and initiate a claim procedure. Loss or damage of product does not alleviate the Purchaser's payment terms obligation.

  1. Complete the following Product Support Form. If possible, include photos or videos of issues that you are experiencing.
  2. Aero-Etch Support will respond with instructions on how to fix the issue, or guide you to the next steps to take with your product.

    Replace a Damaged, Defective, or Broken Item

    1. Complete the following Replacement Form. If possible, include photos of broken or defective parts.
    2. Aero-Etch Support will respond with instructions on how to fix the issue, or next steps.
    3. If Aero-Etch Support is unable to fix your issue, we will respond with instructions for what to return in order to receive your replacement or refund, should it be warranted.

    Request a Refund

    1. Please review our return policy and instructions below before proceeding:
        1. Refunds must be requested through the Aero-Etch Return Application within 5 business days from the receipt of merchandise.
        2. All non-defective merchandise will be shipped at the customer’s expense. Once the merchandise has been returned, you will receive a refund for the amount less a 15% restocking fee and the cost of shipping.
        3. Once approved by a team member, the return must be received within 30 days of purchase.

    3. Aero-Etch Support will respond with instructions for return of product in the original package. Use the pre-paid return label provided to send your original item back. The return must be received within 30 days. Once the return is received, your refund will be processed.
    4. PLEASE NOTE: All non-defective merchandise will be shipped at the customer’s expense. Once the merchandise has been returned, you will receive a refund for the amount less a 15% restocking fee and the cost of shipping.

    A Note About Consumables…

    Due to the nature of our products, all sales of consumable products, including abrasive media and aerosol propellant, are final. We are unable to accept returns or exchanges for these items.

    We encourage our customers to carefully review their orders and ensure they have selected the correct products before completing their purchase. If you have any questions or concerns about a product prior to ordering, please contact our customer service team at support@aeroetch.com.
