Designed for use with the Aero-Etch Sandblasting Chamber when powered by the Aero-Etch Aerosol Propellant. Keep your system running smoothly with secure and reliable replacements.

• 3 O-Rings

      

Installation Instructions

1. Insert the Actuator Pin into the threaded brass insert on the bottom of the chamber, ensuring the pin points outward.
2. Place the O-Ring over the pin to secure it in position.
3. Check the Fit: Confirm both parts are firmly in place and aligned to connect with the aerosol canister’s threaded valve head.

Operation Tips

Activate and Deactivate Slowly

• Always turn the canister slowly when activating or deactivating to allow the chamber to pressurize or depressurize gradually.
• This prevents sudden pressure changes that could damage the system.

During Activation

• Avoid sudden bursts of pressure when starting.
• A rapid rush of air can clog the nozzle.
  • ⚠️ If clogging occurs, deactivate the canister, use the nozzle pin to clear the blockage, and restart.
    

During Deactivation

• Slowly depressurize the system when turning off.
• A quick release of air can cause the Actuator Pin and O-Ring to be ejected.
  • ⚠️ If this happens, simply reinsert the pin and O-ring securely before resuming use.
